My problem is with Amazon - The specifications clearly indicate that there is only one micro-fiber pad included and that the "optional tray mats can be purchased separately." A pad microfiber enables the steam vac unnecessary 200.00! I bought pads, but do not fit at all .... I just grin and bear it, because I like the ship ..... As for the carpets, I can not use my 60 SV on my carpet because no one, anywhere can help me find one set of carpet ....... I searched and bought another supplier who has four pads and microfiber shell with carpet brush agitator The ...... In addition I would have paid 50.00 would be money well spent ...... you can not put a price on time and effort I spent trying to pay for this tray mats and PADS FIT ...... Buyer beware! Lange I ordered this product after reading all the reviews, I knew the deficiencies, but since I knew before buying that does not bother me. The cable is a bit short and can not be well inside the cabinets. With most of my being and the home of shingles as ecstasy to be capable of sweeping and cleaning in one step.
