Customer Reviews more useful 40 of 40 people found the following review helpful. Excellent! T. Bantam After much research, I decided to buy floor cleaner and I am so happy with my selection. The Hann came very quickly, packaged in the original box. It was very well packed in a box that extra transport was unnecessary. The item description does not tell what's in the box. Mine came with a vacuum cleaner (love the red!), 2 microfiber pads, slide the carpet, floor pad at rest (not a drawer, as specified in the descriptions for the other colors Haan SI-25) and 12 packs fresh lime and Scale Remover Wash (a source of one year). I opened the box this morning and put together Haan - very simple and very light, even with a full tank of water! In total it took me 1.5 tanks with water for my kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedroom, hall and wash the front door. They say a tank takes ~ 20 minutes - I think it took longer. As specified address, there was a clicking sound after turning Haan for the first time - that was the movement of water in the pump This sound quickly stopped, and the maid was as quiet as a church mouse during use. I found the cleaner very easy to push our wooden floors and bathroom tiles. Even placed between the toilet and the wall! As indicated in the pasted material that allows steam to the area for a few moments, then wiped back and forth several times. Everything came up. The plant looks fantastic! Read the instructions on cleaning the floor pad - I decided to wash my hand because I will not pull the delicate cycle with the clothes on my work. Washing clothes, so I saw all the dirt was scrubbed my floor! Based on other recommendations that I read, also bought four legs for extra support. While Haan recommends replacing the cushion floor every 10 minutes, I do not. After about 40 minutes cleaning, making the pad or wipe the floor because it was saturated (as expected) - the ground was dry in a few moments, I was still happy, even though the floor was not vacuumed thoroughly and with a soil-saturated pad I have to push to the very end some cat hair that does not need to stick to the floor during the cleaning pad. Again, I can not complain because I did not want to abide by the instructions, and was still satisfied with the cleaning. The fresh lime remover and rinse is recommended to be spent each month to keep the inside of your washer clean. I was not anywhere in my research that this was a topic to watch and will probably follow the instructions in this case. Overall Summary: Pros: - cleaned and the floors very well! - Low weight - - easy to use - (! Major plus) between the toilet and bathroom wall was certainly appropriate to use my cats and 4 children (1.5 to 2.5 5 years) - Mat was easy to attach, remove, wash and hang to dry - low profile I could under the cabinets and the front of the fridge (and anywhere else I wanted) to clean Cons: - Personally, I would like the tank a little more - I had to disconnect and reconnect the power cord from the 3-times for all the areas that I met - The paved floor is a bit bigger than the head of the vacuum cleaner, which means that the steam and cleaning agent really is not to help the edge of the wafer. Ie the absolute corners of the wall and wall panels are not perfectly clean underneath. Altogether, none of the disadvantages is to prevent me from using the cleaner or me regret my purchase. Yes, I would recommend to my best friend! Note: I did not slip mat today, but I can not wait to use it to "refresh and disinfect" my carpet (cats, baby food, etc.). UPDATE: I finally used the carpet to slide all the carpets in the house: a very thick, 2 are very thin, and is a lot of media, killed all the steam smells and it seemed that "light" colors, carpets, I did not expect and was probably caused by moisture in the carpet.
