Good Steam Mop Starter With Carolyn I bought this steam mop start because I see them everywhere and curiosity got the better of me. No complaints about this rag, because on the basis of price, that does what it must. I use it on tiles, wood flooring, laminate flooring and respect. It works great on tile and laminate / wood flooring. However, the stick on the floor, mop it tends to stick, which is probably because the heat begins to melt the broom stick on the floor. When you press the mop, it remains in contact with the ground, but when you pull back, lift the ground. I have no problem with this and I just changed my course and speed of reporting. The first time I used the broom, my plans were very wet, but each subsequent session proved to be right on target. Plans to take less than a minute to dry. I like that the pads are washable, and that there are no chemicals involved I use mop every 2 or 3 weeks and always makes my house smell fresh and clean. The first time I used the diet, I had to use both pads because they got so dirty. Each subsequent session, I was able to do about 1000 square meters with a single pad. I'm pretty sure it was not getting the Swiffer my floors clean. Talking about the Swiffer, a mop, steam leaves streaks much less than Swiffer and in both cases is my last shot with the wood grain. One important note, the handle is a bit 'weak. It does not stretch to its maximum settings, or you'll feel like you're going to shoot in the middle. I'm 5'8 and I initially tried it on the highest setting, and it was a little fear. I had visions of breaking the handle and I hit the floor. I've backed off a notch, and is acceptable now. For 50 bucks, this mop is totally a good buy and if you have laminate/hardwood or tile floors you won't be disappointed If you have the stick on type flooring you will not like this steam mop, although I am not convinced it is specific to this mop, as much as it is they type of flooring and how it adapts to heat. 28 of 29 people found the following review helpful. GOOD STEAM MOP By Amber Varga i was looking at other steam mops, like the ever so popular shark, but to my research and family experiance they arn;t that great..my grandmother has gone through 2 of them because the hose that shoots the steam out hte bottom keeps exploding inside of the machine. And i know this because ive take it apart and you can see the hose is just split verticly down the middle, and its done it on 2 different sharks (same model), only after a couple of months of use. so after that i said i wouldn't buy one. So i bought this steam mop about 2 months ago...and it is still doing a great job...i it cleans the floors without using chemicals the one i got was the DELUXE one, it comes with 2 mop pads and one dust type one with microfiber fingers on it, it also came with the carpet glider...i use it for everything i even ajust it to the lowest small handle setting so it is compact size, and i do my coffee table and couches, because the steam has that germ killing ability. the reason for my 4 star review is because it doesnt come with a normal rectangle head, it has the triangle head, and also the handle at times "feels" flimsy, but nothing u cant over look. 30 of 34 people found the following review helpful. Hard to push By T.Walker At first, I was excited to find a steam mop that was a good price, and because Dirt devil products are normally great, I felt that this mop would be a good fit. The mop was hard to push and pull. It would flop up when pulling back which caused too much water to left. If this mop was easier to push, and did not flop up when pulling back, I would prefer this mop over a shark See all 85 customer reviews....
