I was pleased the unit works great. I keep my home pretty clean so will probably use it only every few months. Tried it on hardwood, vinyl and tile: Kitchen and bathrooms. I also used an old towel to dry any wet spots shortly after steaming. I felt like the floors were shiny and CLEAN after using, versus just shiny. See all 2 customer reviews...

Shark's steam was good but built with low quality materials and the plastic broke just assembling it. Steam fast mop never worked, period. I was reluctant to try this one since I had bad luck before but the Dirt Devil name is what made me decide to try again. I was really looking for something more compact but glad I got this instead. The steam is strong and can be adjusted so there is more or less steam. My Oven had baked on guck on the bottom for years and within 20 minutes the steamer and wire brush had it clean and looking brand new and without that nasty oven cleaner chemical smell. The cleaner has a compartment to store all the attachments which is nice and the steamer has a stand so you can store it upright with the mop handle and head attaches to the steamers main body. The wheels turn easily and there is also a front wheel that swivels 360 degrees so you can easily move it around corners. The only draw back is that it doesn't have a crapet attachment but not really worried about that. The mop head has scrub brush bristles all the way around it so you can scrub the floor to get gunk off. Overall I am very pleased with the item and would highly recommend it over any steam mop since it can be used as a more multi purpose item...Plan to clean my barbeque with it next. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. OK Product, Needs Better Fit Accessories By J. Oh If you are looking to purchase a steam cleaner to clean and sanitize your house, you might have to look elsewhere than this Dirt Devil Steam Canister (PD20020). I will be brief and to the point:PROS: 1. The steam is indeed powerful. It takes about 20 minutes to get ready to use the steam, once the canister is filled with water (up to 1.7 liter). The steam is extremely hot as you might imagine. So it is powerful. I've noticed the stain that existed between the floor tiles (ie. the intersection between the tiles) was gone after 1st try. I was impressed. It also cleaned shower glass well, but please note that it does NOT remove hard water stains. 2. It comes with many accessories for different use in the house: shower glass, bathtub, hard-surfaced floors (except wood), sink, carpet, etc... So you will find adequate accessory for the job.CONS: 1. The accessories do not always fit tight. Especially that floor nozzle (floor mop) for hard floors and the connector do not fit tightly. As I moved the floor mop back & forth, it gets separated from the connector quite often as you push and pull the handle. So the only way to do this is: moving the mop one way - push then lift, come back and push again. You might need to use a tape to make it stationary. 2. The accessories (see PROS 2), while many, they are confusing. To do a job, you need to connect 2 or 3 accessories instead of just one. So you need to be patient to find out which accessory is which. 3. Instruction booklet. What a disaster. The prints are so small, you need to squint. The diagrams are so blurry that you cannot figure out the drawing that well. Instead of diagrams, they should have used photos. All in all, it is an OK product, but I cannot recommend it. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Jack of all trades, master of none By Gaz Rendar The Dirt Devil Steam Canister does a pretty good job cleaning a lot of things, but this budget steamer doesn't do anything exceptionally well.I'll start by saying that the overall design of the unit is mostly well thought-out and compact. All of the attachments fit in the compartment beneath the steam unit and the hose extensions slide unto the back of the canister. I have some minor gripes about the unit as a whole, though. The main flexible hose has a good length, and I love that it's detectable, but during periods of continuous steam the hose can get uncomfortably hot to hold. It never burned me, but it was beyond

Equipped with a powerful 12 amp motor, this easy-to-use machine cleans carpets by applying, scrubbing, and removing hot tap water and cleaning solution. The unit's five rotating SpinScrub brushes gently loosen dirt from fibers, and the brushes pop out for rinsing. Heated cleaning forces hot air from the motor directly into the carpet, making the solution and brushes work more efficiently. Even more, its fingertip Clean Surge function comes in handy for spot and heavy-traffic areas, and the included SpinScrub powered hand tool works great for cleaning upholstery and stairs. Two translucent tanks keep the clean and dirty solutions separate. In addition, the carpet cleaner's quick-release tank latch and one-handed easy-to-remove recovery tank makes clean-up a snap. Thoughtfully designed, the carpet cleaner features a built-in measuring cup, a comfort-grip handle, a toe-operated on/off switch and handle release, a 12-inch cleaning path, an 8-foot attached hose, and automatic tool conversion. Since renting one from the market is around $50 including shampoo, my thinking was this was an appropriate price to pay for this since after three cleanings, it's yours plus you don't have to return anything. The other factor is ease of use. This is pretty straightforward. The top container holds the clean water and shampoo. After using, the "sucked up" dirty water is in the container at the bottom. The Hoover here is nice in that both snap in and out pretty easily. There are some things to keep in mind. Try to use near boiling hot water (or a mixture of near boiling water and hot water from the faucet) - you will get a more efficent clean. Pour in the shampoo AFTER you put the water in the container - otherwise you'll get a slew of foam instead of being able to fill it with water to its highest level. Afterwards, the things always leak some (maybe if you pay $400, it's not a problem) so as soon as you finish, take it outside and start to disassemble the thing. Then dump out the dirty water and hose off the dirty water container. If you can leave it outside for a while to let it dry as it will still drip a little. This model will do about a 50' by 40' room or so before you need to refill with clean water and empty out the dirty water so if you have many huge rooms, this might not be for you ... or your help will grumble as you have to repeat :-) If there are specific spots, you still need to spray it with one of those carpet cleaner sprays. The hose attachment is nice for carpeted stairs but the main unit is pretty bulky so plan carefully so it doesn't tip over (water). The only real con is that it be nice if the power cord was retractable but other than that, it does what it says it does and the two containers are easy to fill & remove. By Scarlett I was hesitant that this would be a worthwile purchase because hoover makes some pretty junky vacuums, however, after reading reviews decided to buy it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have had this cleaner for approximately 8 months and have used it several times already, and it is truly amazing for a few reasons. 1) It doesn't truly "steam" carpet - BUT if you put some boiling water in reservoir with detergent it does improve cleaning, but I have cleaned with regular hot tap water with good results too. 2) You will be disgusted, amazed, and pleased at how much dirt this thing gets out of your carpets. Secondly, it really fluffs it up with the 5 rotating brushes. 3) Works great on removing stains quickly (I have an almost 2 year old) so, juice, milk, throwup, you name it! etc. It cleans it out completely. Clean surge also helps. 4) In a couple of hours (or less) the carpet is really DRY!!! 5) Finished carpet "feels" clean. You can get down on it and you just know it is clean like a line dried towel. I haven't tried it on upholstery or car but will eventually. I am sure that it will do an equally fantastic job! It is really addicting to use. I have used it probably 4 or 5 times already, no problems. It is true that it will leak a little after you are done with it, but it can easily be wiped up. Can't really complain that much about it. Results are amazing! I hope it lasts a long time. It is definitely worth the money considering what it costs to have it professionally done and also cost of renting a machine (which doesn't do half the job). 84 of 89 people found the following review helpful. great for about 1.5 years By C. Bare This is great for about a year and a half, then it needs a lot of TLC. First, you need to COMPLETELY clean out the collection chamber or it gets smelly. There are a lot of small corners, nooks and cranies that hold sediment in the collection chamber. They can't be reached with a toothbrush;

Great on carpet, not so great on hard surface By Quang Bui I go my Quicksteamer last week and spent a day over the weekend cleaning the floors in my condo. I read all of the reviews and did not know what to expect. I was hoping it would do a great job on my carpet and hopefully my wood floors. I have a new puppy so he's been training himself on my carpet a few times. I was almost at the point where I was hoping he would destroy the carpet so I could replace it with wood floors. I looked at a lot of shampooer/steamers and decided that I would go with the Qicksteamer since it does multiple surfaces and small. When I got the box, I was surprise how small the box was. It took me about 3 minutes to put the unit together. It took me longer to get it out of the box. It took me another 5 minutes to figure out and install the hard surface attachment. I was hesitant about how narrow the cleaning surface was but it was compact and light. I started with my bedroom and closet Saturday morning. I dismantled the bed and remove everything from the room. I took over an hour to do all that. I only used hot water and dog urine neutralizer. I had to vacuum and pre-treated a few spots with 409 and a brush. Then I started cleaning. It did a pretty good job with the carpet and the spots that I pre-treated. I was very pleased with the results. For all those people who said it was very wet afterward, I did not have that issue. It was fairly dry right after. I probably took an hour or 2 to completely dry. The small tank was refilled twice and the dirty water tank was emptied twice. It did not get full, it just bubbled a little bit and started spitting out the bubble. I couldn't imagine how bad it would have been if I use the Bissel cleaning formulas. All in all, I was very pleased with the results on the carpet. I then did the wood floors later that day. I installed the hard surface attachment and used the same hot water/urine neutralizer solution on the wood floors also. I had to sweep the floor first. Then I ran the Quicksteamer on the floors. I was surprise to see how much water was still left on the floor. If you push the unit, there's a lot of water but if you pull, there's less but still more than acceptable. I ended up using a cloth mop afterward to soak up the excess water. I think the Quicksteamer is only a little better than using a cloth mop in that it sprays fresh water on the hard surface but it does not suck it up well enough so you have to go back and mop it up. The hard surface attachment is no more than the scrubber and squeegee part of an auto squeegee. It just blocks the brush from hitting the floor and allow the unit to suck up the water. Disappointed with the hard surface part of the machine. IMHO, it's a great little unit on carpet but not so great on hard surface. 47 of 48 people found the following review helpful. WONDERFUL CARPET CLEANER By C. Charles I have a husband, a 5-year-old, and three cats......and WHITE carpet. This carpet cleaner got out all the marks on my carpet. The tank is not big, but it works because there is not an on board heater, so you will have to refill the tank with new HOT water for bigger rooms. I used the Bissell Fiber cleansing formula with the quicksteamer and had great results. I then use the quicksteamer on my wood floor and had great results. I would recommend this to anyone. Great Value and Great product. 42 of 46 people found the following review helpful. Great floor cleaner; lightweight but powerful By M. H Shamp I bought the Bissell multi purpose cleaner to use as a mop. I hate mopping because a mop is too heavy for me to push around, leaving me feeling exhausted and unmotivated for the next mopping session. The Bissell cleaner works nicely and is really light. I have to sweep first because its suction strip is narrow and easily plugged up. The first time I used it, I hardly swept, and the big chunks plugged the

The Steam Canister SHOWDOWN: I've done the comparisons for you By Chandler I have had my eye on the Ladybug steamer for months now, drooling over all it could do but it was far out of my price range. I own the Envirosteamer steam floor mop and love it, but I wanted something to get into tight spaces like around the toilet, in the tub, the oven, etc. With some Santa money I got more serious about purchasing a canister steamer in addition to my floor steamer and began some comparative testing and studying. Fortunately, I live in a neighborhood that is all "green built certified" which means, in order to have a green rating, all homes were built with no carpet and lots of people hate chemicals which means it's a neighborhood full of steam mops which makes comparing the models quite easy. That's a good thing because it just saved me over a thousand bucks because I wound up no longer wanting the Ladybug. Here's how they rate...you decide which is best for you: These are the canister mops I compared: Vapamore MR-100 Ladybug XL-2300 Haan Canister Reliable Enviromate V=Vapamore L=Ladybug H=Haan R=Reliable NUMBER OF STEAM JETS SPITTING OUT HOT STEAM: V-10 L-8 H-12 R-5 WATER PRESSURE CONTEST; (1st place being shoots steam the hardest) V- 2nd PLACE L-1ST PLACE: H- 3rd PLACE: R- 4th PLACE: CORD LENGTH: (so you don't have to stop, unplug, water cools some, replug in) V-18 feet L-15 ft H-18 feet R-8 feet recap: An 8' cord is INSANE. I couldn't even get across my kitchen counter or walk around my bed to steam all of the mattress without using an extension cord! STEAM TEMPERATURE V-256 degrees L-297 degrees H-212 degrees R-218 degrees Note: These temperatures are based upon using the small hose attachments. In every case that we used the long hose attachment included to turn these into a floor mop, the steam had to travel down the long hose so it cooled and wound up only being about 115 degrees by the time it reached the floor. Which results in very poor cleaning. Because of this, if you are wanting this mostly for floor steaming, I would suggest going with a steamer that shoots out hot steam directly onto the floor from its tank rather than through a long hose before reaching the floor as a canister mop does. TIME TO HEAT UP: V-10 min L-8 min H-3 min R-5 min WATER TANK: V-1.6 liters L-1.8+1.5 quarts H-20 oz R 2 liters CLEANING: For a controlled cleaning test, I mixed Dr. Pepper with sugar and spread it evenly across a 4' length of my stained concrete floor and kept the pets away until it dried completely in a gunky mess. I then tested each mop against it in lengthwise strips, moving them at the same pace after a full heat up, as well as testing each on its own strip of bathroom tile & grout. Here's who performed the best: Tie: Ladybug and Vapamore. These, due to the really hot temps, loosened the gunk on impact and made it VERY easy to clean my floor. Their hot temps and heavier steam also cleaned tile the best but Vapamore actually did a BETTER job on uneven surfaces like tile with grout..but don't expect shiny white grout because it wasn't exactly returned to looking brand new either. 2nd place:Haan...but it wasn't nearly as good as the above two. Last place: Reliable. Although the steam temp is hotter than the Haan, it doesn't shoot out as strong and only had 5 steam jets so this diminished its effectiveness Didn't come close to the V or L. All were at temps to kill bacteria and sanitize without using chemicals such as counters and mattresses, unless you tried to turn it into a floor mop which I don't suggest because the steam was too cool to clean as well as a real floor steam mop made for that purpose.. Other notes: The ladybug was the most awkward to carry. It just wasn't made for carrying up stairs, etc. Conclusion: Considering the Ladybug is over a thousand dollars more than any of the other mops, this was a real eye opener! I tested these with my

By A Research It Maven Of course, floor must be swept or vacuumed first, then this steam mop (Euro Pro Shark Steam Mop) really cleans up! (Sanitizes) It worked great for us on our vast expanse of tile flooring. Distilled water is recommended and is a good idea, so hard water, water softeners, etc, don't ruin the machine and its efficiency. Only holds a cup or so of water, but that cup did our large guest bath, entry area, and long hall. The pumping action of the handle as you work keeps the steam coming. Unbelievably easy to use, and it even removed wax residues from our tile! (We tried to wax glazed tile.) Only comes with 2 pads, so order more! (Pads wash up just fine in the washer/dryer, so use them even without steam, if needed!) 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. Microfiber replacement pads for steam mop By Susan D. Boyajan Product came quickly and worked well with mop. Was the same quality as original pads. 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. works as intended By CJ These mop pads work as intended with the Euro Pro steam mop we purchased. The only thing I don't like about them is that the dirt never fully washes out. So after 1 use, they'll never be white again (and you can't use any bleach on them either, just an fyi, or it destroys the "microfiber properties" according to the insert). I wish they had been better designed with the unit though, to be reversed, because what you end up with is the front side catches all the dirt, and the back side ends up doing nothing. If they were actual rectangles, you could rotate them and use the other end too, but because of the steam mops construction and the "wings" on the back edge of the mop pads, you can't do that. Stewart My husband, albiet not from here, picked up this little gem after calling him and relaying that our son dumped the entire contents of a chocolate syrup bottle on his bedroom carpet. Home he came with this bissell. Only one they had at the store. Assembly in two seconds, I kid you not. Didn't even need to look at the instructions. put in the cleaning solution, filled reservoir with water, set it down, plugged it in. Now, mind you, it took me about ten minutes, with a few minutes between each go, this syrup was well and good in the carpet, but I am deeply impressed. Throughly impressed. It's very light, even filled, it's compact, fits real nicely into our cleaning closet, and super easy to use. For the price we paid, it's paid for itself halfway with just the one room, compared to getting our carpets steam cleaned every few months. I would happily buy again. 63 of 63 people found the following review helpful. How to wet a small spot, and GET RID OF THE WIDE SPRAY! By ElizVail This machine is designed to guzzle bottles of Bissell Cleaner, but you can get around this! Turn the machine OFF. Raise it above the spot you want to clean, either holding it or sitting it on a chair or higher step. Lower the nozzle right over your spot, press the spray button, and gravity will drip the liquid as small as a dime to quarter size spot. Let it soak a few minutes, turn the machine back on and vacuum the liquid up. Do saturate the spot well, then with the machine on press down without scrubbing too much and vacuum up as much of the liquid up as you can. Repeating, if necessary, will continue to lighten the stain. Vacuum it as dry as possible each time to pull out the stain. There is also no reason you have to use the machine to hold and dispense your cleaning mix. You could use a bottle that squirts a narrow stream of liquid if you want to hit only small spots. After you've let it set a few minutes then use the machine to vacuum up the liquid. 132 of 139 people found the following review helpful. great performance, poor design By Scott Cherry Let's hope the Little Green is a precursor to greater models. I have owned a larger model Bissell for nearly 2 decades and am fully aware of its reputation for getting things clean. I decided I wanted a smaller, more portable model for my car, the stairs, furniture, and small stains due to people and pets. This way I would only have to lug out the larger model for the large jobs like the carpeting, which is truly a once in a blue moon event. With a little vigorous scrubbing and chemical solutions, virtually any stain is a thing of the past, however I have come to realize certain design characteristics could be better. When I clean the stairs, I can't keep the unit more or less than two stairs away at all times. A step closer and it's too close to my cleaning area. A step down and the hose just won't allow me to reach. If only the hose could be a little longer it would help immensely. I also find the base of the unit hovers over the edge by a couple inches, which doesn't challenge its center of gravity, but a single unfortunate move could cause it to topple so it's good to pay attention to everything around you. Considering the shortness of the hose, it would've been nice if it could pivot or have free-range flexibility where it connects to the unit. The sprayer doesn't just spray the immediate area being cleaned; it fans out by several inches to either side. When I try to clean a small area, the last thing I want is to have excess moisture to eventually remove. Let's face it all material retains some moisture even after vacuuming with "drying strokes." This increases the drying time and consumes more solution than needed which is wasteful. The vessel for mixing the solution with water is clearly marked, however it's capacity is fairly small so after about 10 minutes of solid use,

Amazon.com Review Everyone has their own system when it comes to mopping up a spilled mug of hot chocolate on the impractical, but beautiful ecru carpeting. Maybe they begin by dispensing half a roll of paper towels to absorb the excess liquid, then apply the carpet cleaner of choice, dab ferociously, and so on. Problem solved perhaps, but often the manual scrubbing actually pushes filth deeper into the carpet, further embedding it. Even if the chocolate color has been eradicated, the unpleasant aroma of spoiled milk may still arise. To fully eliminate stains, Bissell created their clever SpotLifter 2X carpet cleaner. The 9.6v cleaner uses a combination of aggressive brush agitation and powerful suction to actually lift spots up and out of the carpet. Ideal for attacking fresh spills or unsightly pet accidents, the handheld vacuum leaves the carpet looking as if Coco never left her owners a stinky present there. To use the SpotLifter 2X, users fill the cleaner's back tank with cleaning formula and clean water. After spraying the soiled area, apply the deluxe brush to the area and switch the power button on. The brush begins to scrub at the carpet while the suction lifts debris and dirty water up into the front collection tank. The cleaner covers a 7-inch path. After the carpet has been thoroughly cleaned, a release button enables easy collection tank removal for disposal and a quick rinse out. The SpotLifter 2X is a cordless cleaning tool for convenient transportation. The batteries must be charged for 24 hours before the cleaner's first use. After use, the cleaner will best operate after fully recharging over 12 hours. The cleaner runs at full power for approximately 15 minutes per use. This item is covered by a one-year limited warranty. The cleaner measures 17-3/4 by 7 by 10 inches and weighs 6 pounds. --Jessica Reuling

Nye I bought the Bissell SpotLifter 2X to replace an older Bissell model that finally wore out after 5 years. We have 3 indoor cats that frequently soil our rugs and carpeting, so a quick and easy carpet cleaner is a must. The old version worked well, but this model works even better. The suction is much improved, and this model cleans our rugs and carpet much better than its previous version. Battery life is excellent -- we have used this cleaner several times over the past few weeks and still have yet to recharge the battery (the instructions recommend recharging only after the battery runs down to maximize battery life). The cleaning solution is readily available at places like Target and inexpensive. It is easy to empty the collection chamber after cleaning. If you want a simple, affordable, rechargeable, cordless spot carpet cleaner, this is the one to buy. If the SpotLifter 2X lasts even half as long as the one it replaces it will have been a very good investment. I would not hesitate to buy it again. 135 of 139 people found the following review helpful. Bissell:the quicker, picker-upper By C. Holt First off, I bought this at Target for $40 before I read these reviews. So I am going to comment on the previous reviews. 1. This is not a whole room cleaner like Hoover Steamvac, so don't expect the same thing (but I will make comparisons). 2. Water does spit out of the motor vents WHEN the dirty water container is full (which is less than an inch in this thing). Remember this is for spots! 3. No, there isn't alot of water that comes up from the carpet because there's not alot of soap being sprayed out of the sprayer. And most of it is in bubble form. 4. Yes, the dirty water container does need to be pulled off (and on) at an angle. I have a dustbuster, so I'm used to the "angle" thing. 5. Don't expect suction like a Hoover Steamvac (which is plugged into the wall) from this machine (which is battery operated). 6. I haven't had any problems with the rubber seals on my machine. 7. Sometimes this thing may not pull up ALL the spots. How many products have we all tried to get the most stubborn stain out? My husband and I found $40 is worth trying to get the stains out. And if that doesn't do it, there's always elbow-grease. :) 106 of 116 people found the following review helpful. A great tool with some unfortunate issues By Cheap-n-Easy This one replaced our original spot lifter bought in 2002. The old model was a little smaller and had a little less suction. The new one now is bigger, heavier and has more suction, but it is not better. First, the unit spits sucked up fluid from the motor air vents apparently sucking cleaning solution through the liquid trap in the canister and into the engine. This does not damage anything, but if you clean up house pet messes, you don't want some of that stuff come shooting out of the air vents, right? Further, the canister is difficult to attach and you have to get it angled just right to snap into position. Oterhwise it will not go in. It surprises me that Bissel has gone backwards in functionality of this great tool. The original unit we had was great, functioned great and none of the problems this new unit has. They are also clearly engineering or design flaws that were not present in the older model. See all 225 customer reviews...

Taylor After reading the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect or if I would even be happy my purchase. I think part of the expectations is the buyers motivation for wanting such a device. The only 2 motivations that I can think of is get away from chemicals in your home or a device to ease with cleaning. If you are trying to get away from chemicals, I think you will be happy. If you're motivation is the latter, you may or may be not happy, I think then it boils down to what you're expecting it to do. If you are expecting not to put any effort into cleaning, you may be happier hiring a cleaning service. Otherwise I still think you may be happy with it on certain jobs. My personal motivation is that I am trying to get away from the use of chemicals in my home. With that said, at the very least I figured I could clean with water, elbow grease, E-clothes (micro fiber clothes), and then go back over to steam what I cleaned to kill any germs or bacteria. This device is not a miracle worker, but some of the things I have cleaned where much easier and quicker than a traditional way. Other things it did not take off. I myself wasn't expecting a miracle worker. The other thing I would add on this is that once cleaned, I suspect if the Haan steamer is used to maintain, one should not have to put as much effort into cleaning. Some examples: I cleaned under my stove. If anyone is like myself and neglect this task or one like it (under the refrigerator), you'll know what I am talking about. It was MUCH quicker and easier with the Haan. I swept first. Then I went over it with the steamer, wiped up the mess with a towel. Then for good measure I went back over one more time, even though, it didn't look like it needed it. It was so quick I wondered why I had neglected it as it was no big deal. Without the Haan that would have taken a bucket of detergent, scrubbing, rinsing, wiping, scrubbing, wiping, wiping... And more time spent doing it. Mineral deposits that had gotten pretty bad around the water faucet, it didn't' take off. It cleaned the rest of the sink nicely, but I have not been able to get these deposits off without chemicals. Carpet cleaning. It worked nicely on some spots, by steaming and blotting. One was used immediately and the others were not ones I had worked on so they were newer. On another bigger carpet spot, which I believe is due to carpet cleaning chemical residues, it lifted some but didn't remove completely. Other types of jobs, were quicker than a traditional way. The stove - all I can say is WOW! I still had to put some elbow grease into it, but it did not take as long as it normally would or as much effort. I cleaned the shower with clothes, and used the Haan for steaming germs and spots. Again it didn't get the mineral build up spots, but it did get other spots of soap scum, that I didn't get up with the microfiber. I suppose a big job like the shower, one could be disappointed as far a steam running out or if you're expecting a miracle and to put no effort into it. Finally I have read comments on the steam running out too quickly. I guess if you run a continuous stream of steam, it will run out. But honestly I don't know why you would do this other than maybe a big window job. Because you still have to wipe up what you're steaming, you can get a good amount off, stop wipe (see where you're at with the job), and then start steaming again. 78 of 80 people found the following review helpful. Knight Obviously, I bought this for my steam cleaner, so I would have a set to use and a set to wash. The directions clearly state that this product is NOT to be dried in the drier or it will lose it's micro-fiber(dirt adhering) properties. Unfortunately this is not printed on the product itself, only on the papers that came with it. My daughter, home from college, found these at the bottom of the washer and helpfully threw them in the drier with her fresh laundry. I wish I had used a laundry marker to write "do not dry" on them before I used them. There is also a notation about not using dry detergent to wash them. Be careful if you buy these! 16 of 16 people found the following review helpful. A mop you can love......... By C. MACMAHON I love my steam mop and I love the refill pads, two sets that come with the mop are not enough if you don't want to wash them with other things. I have animals in a rainy climate. Finally I can keep my kitchen and bathroom floors clean with these. You don't get skunked every time you pull your mop out. Buying new foam mop heads was expensive and all those scented disposable products were dreadful. I find dirty cleaning tools no fun to use. I love this mop. It sets up clean. I love washing these covers all together once a week and taking them clean out of the washer. Simple but gratifying. 21 of 23 people found the following review helpful. These are extra large pads!!! By Maude E. Norman I have a complaint about this product--Amazon always has more products that other customers have bought when they buy the steam mop. One of these is the Euro-Pro XT3501 All-Purpose Micro-Fiber Cleaning Pockets 2 pack. I bought this thinking I was getting extra pads for the steam mop. When it came, they were for an extra large version and I didn't have the extra large gizmo you put the pads on. I checked and to get this extra large gizmo and two cleaning pads cost about $40 or a third of the price of the steam mop I had purchased. So I sent the extra large pads back. Amazon said it was my fault and so they are charging me return postage. I really think Amazon was guilty of deceptive advertising. The name of the extra large pads has no indication of the extra large size of the pads. Live and learn. Buyer beware. See all 14 customer reviews...

Smith After years of searching for a floor cleaner that is easy to use and not messy I found the Haans. I got the Deluxe Total Home Cleaning System and I could not be happier. It easy to use, lightweight and does not soak the floor with excess steam like my old steam cleaner. Just a tip-At first I was reluctant about the floor cleaner because when you first use the steam cleaner on tile all the residue from previous floor soaps come up creating a white film. I did not know what to make of that-talk about getting everything out of the tile. It really did. I cleaned the floor with vinegar and warm water to get all the soap off the floor. Thank goodness that only needed to be done once. It was worth it. Since then my floor is amazing. I can walk in my house with socks and they do not get grungy. I also use the floor steamer on my hardwood floors. For years my cherry floors always showed every smudge and foot print. I began over the years to hate my floors. What I found out was it was not my floors, it was the cleaners. Just like the tile the first time you clean the wood it may look dull. What I found is that as I continued to clean the floor with the Haan Steam floor cleaner my floors no longer show all the smudges and foot prints. The little cleaning system is great also. I use it to clean everything from the bathroom, base boards, grit and build up in the corners, stainless steel, windows to the tracks on my sliding glass doors. It is also awesome on flat stove tops. I love it. Not only is it a great product but I have saved so much money not buying cleaners (floor cleaner, wood cleaner, shower cleaner etc... It is a savings of about $28-35 a month. I never thought going green would be easy. 68 of 69 people found the following review helpful. AMAZING! By Angela C. Larson I debated whether or not I should buy the handheld steamer along with the floor steamer when what I really needed was the floor steamer for general cleaning. WOW - am I glad I decided to buy both! I put the small round brush attachment on the handheld steamer, and began cleaning the grout on my tile floor. Let me just say that I like things neat and clean, but the grout in my floor is disgusting. I tried everything I knew to clean it without much success. The filth that came out of the grout was SO revolting. That said - it was also so satisfying! The one down side is that the handheld does not hold much water, so with 800 square ft. of tile, it is definitely a weekend job. The down side - you have to wait 3-5 mintues and unplug the steamer to refill the water. I used the floor steamer to clean up the dirt/filth left behind from the handheld. I LOVE this floor steamer! No trigger, no having to push down to create steam - just easy to use - plain and simple! Now - if this steamer stands the test of time, I will be thrilled! I previously owned the Shark floor steamer - it only lasted 6 months before it puked. The Haan WAY out-performs the Shark by a mile! LOVE IT! 25 of 25 people found the following review helpful. I LOVE my Haan Steam mop/handheld!!! By C. Hepditch This is definitely one of the best things I've ever bought! I have tile floors that are very textured & difficult to clean. With a regular mop/bucket scenario all of the dirt would flow into the grout & my tiles just looked dirty no matter what. Now, thanks to my Haan, both my tile & the grout in between look as good as the day I moved in! Plus, my hardwood isn't dull anymore. It's glossy & looks well taken care of. The handheld is magic for cleaning my kitchen & bathrooms. I even cleaned my oven with it! So awesome! There are only a couple of things to be aware of before buying: 1. You absolutely need to sweep or vacuum before mopping. The pads won't pick up crumbs, hair, etc at all. It's just a mop, after all. 2. The handheld can get a bit unwieldy at times, like in the

Amazon.com Review The Bissell Flip-It Select promises two hard-surface cleaners in one: a dry vacuum for picking up crumbs and a heated wet-mop for sticky spills. Replacing broom, dustpan, vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket in one fell stroke, this slender, lightweight cleaner effectively simplifies and saves space, especially in crowded spaces like kitchens. Start by using it as a regular stick vacuum to clear away small debris. To change functions, simply turn the unit around, switching on the built-in heater for added cleaning power. The Flip-It has separate clean and dirty water tanks, so unlike the traditional mop-bucket combo, you're always working with freshly heated, unsoiled water, and it leaves floor dry once they've been cleaned. It also comes with two different wet cleaning surfaces, a soft brush for tile or other surfaces with grout and crevices, and the Gentle Clean pad for babying delicate surfaces like hardwood or laminates. The Flip-It's dual-function cleaning proves especially convenient on smaller areas and for touchups, but mastering the wet-mop function can be tricky, and many users find it hard to push in wet mode until the floor has been saturated with liquid. Technique (and practice) help the process considerably: press the trigger down on the forward stroke to spray cleaning fluid, then release it as you pull back so the squeegee dries the floor. The Flip-It Select is easy to maintain; both filter and brushes clean up easily under running water and the Gentle Clean pad can go straight into the washing machine. It even stores ready to use with water and cleaning fluid in the tank. Weighing in at just ten pounds, the unit is powered by a nine-amp motor when using heat, three amps without, and includes trial sizes of hard-surface and wood-floor cleaners as well as an extra Gentle Clean pad. The power cord features a quick-release wrap as well as a clip for storage. Compact, maneuverable, and ergonomically designed, the Flip-It Select is 44 inches tall, with a base measuring 11 inches long and 8 inches wide, and comes backed by a limited one-year warranty. --Mary Park

Great for my hardwood floors By ladybug Whether I used a regular mop and bucket, my swiffer wet jet, or my hoover steam vac, I always ended up with a haze on my hardwood floors that I would clean off with a wipe or furniture polish. This is the first machine that leaves my floor shiny and without a haze. It is worth it just for that!!! I also like the job it does on my lineoleum. The first couple of times I used it on what I thought were clean floors because I had recently mopped them, I was surprised at how dirty the water was. After using this as my primary means to clean my floors (two maybe three times a week depending on traffic and what is going on in my household) I notice that my floors not only look cleaner, but also feel much cleaner on the few occassions when I am not wearing house slippers. This is so much better than the regular mopping. I have read other reviews on the flip-it regarding water being left on the floor; when that does happen, I just go back over that section so that it will be taken care of. For the most part I don't care about a little water on the floor because I would have so much more if I had the mop and bucket or used my steam vac. I am sold! 27 of 27 people found the following review helpful. Flip-it versus Hoover Spin Scrub By Comdet I was torn between the Hoover and Bissell models - each seemed to have good and bad points. So I got both, with the idea that I'd return the one that was less capable to do the job. What I found was that both have different pluses, and ended up keeping them both. The Spinscrub has the advantage in cleaning power. The spinning brushes do a better job on getting tile floors clean, especially rough surface tile. It's also more sturdily built - feels more solid (although that sometimes does not translate into longevity). It's the one I use for large tile expanses, such as in the kitchen and basement. But, the 15 inch width is a drawback in tighter spaces, such as bathrooms. The Flip-it excels in maneuverability - perfect for getting around obstacles (such as the toilet). Although it lacks spinning brushes, it has the advantage of a cloth pad which does a great job on smooth surfaces. The heat also helps out, especially with sticky messes. It doesn't turn the water to steam, but clearly kicks up the temp (I believe the spec's say 25 degrees). I found the best way to use it is to start with the cloth pad attached. That helps even out the water distribution and also helps capture crumbs, pet hair, etc. After one pass with the cloth attached, remove it and put in the scrubby pad. That helps get the floor 99% dry (smooth surfaces) or 90% dry (rough surfaces). The cloth pad really shines (no pun intended) when it comes to hardwood or laminate floors. Does a far better job than the Hoover in cleaning and water suction. I don't use the Hoover at all anymore on smooth floors regardless of the size of the room. It may take a bit longer with the Flip-it due to its smaller size, but the end result is much better. Both are about equal when it comes to disassembly and cleaning - a few parts to take out and clean, but nothing major. Cleaning the unit after using it is very important to keep the crud out of the seals to prevent leaks and clogs. Both have a washable filter, and both require that you dry the filter before using it again (tip - get an extra filter so you're never without a dry, clean filter). I tend to favor the smell of the Bissell cleaning solution, but the Hoover stuff is pretty good - both have a nice "fresh" smell. Both brands clean equally well, and are priced about the same. Lowes carries the Bissell brand; Walmart carries Hoover (at least in my area). Bissell tends to be a nicer company when it comes to support. They offer replacement parts and supplies on their website at reasonable prices, and answer emails if you have questions. Hoover is not as responsive, and their

Bissell Quicksteamer PowerBrush Multi Surface Deep Cleaner By James Hergan This is a product I needed badly since I just moved into a trailer where previous tenants, drug addicts I was told and believe since we found papers for rules to the jail they lived part time, but, that's another story, now back to the product. The previous tenants smashed walls and did as much damage as possible so you can imagine all the work we had to put into it. With all the dust and dirt the rug took a beating. Well I figured for what you pay to rent a rug doctor I would try this and boy am glad I did. You wouldn't believe the dirt this thing picked up even after we vacuumed a few times. The water just about turned to mud. Well to bring this to a close it was like I had a new rug, great product and very easy to use. P.S. You may think the cleaner liquid is espensive but let me tell you, it will last a long time since you use so little of it. 36 of 37 people found the following review helpful. The Little Bissell That Could!!! By D. Gregory I ordered this little gem after reading many reviews (as I always do) of units from high end to low end on amazon. I finally decided to pull the trigger on this critter. It's the newest version of the model that's why there's not any reviews. Anyways, this power cleaner does a great job and is as easy as 1 2 3. It does everybit as good a job as the rug docs you can rent. Its not a true steamer, but just add tap water as hot as you can get it (and boo ya) there you go! It's a snap to assemble, super lite, and best of all easy to clean and easy to use. Be sure and take your time cleaning it after each use. You can buy any liquid cleaner designed for these machines. I bought a kirby brand cleaner (cheaper) and it works great. Oh, and also this unit has a snap on adaptor for hardfloors that works well. It comes with two small bottles of cleaner. One for carpet, and one for hardfloors. Overall, this Bissell is worth every cent! Highly recommended! 25 of 25 people found the following review helpful. I read the instructions with dread By Robert Mcdermott Let me preface this with the fact that I am handicapped and the words "some assembly required" strike terror in my heart. Let me tell you the hardest part of assembling this item is finding a Phillips-head screwdriver. From opening the box to the finished product took about 5 minutes with arthritis in both hands. It's also easy to fill and empty, does a great job on my carpets. If you have pets that have "accidents" then get the proper Bissell Shampoo otherwise the shampoo that comes with this product works great. Overall it can't be beat for the money. By Grandma B Having all hardwood and tile floors, I went on mission to find something convenient to clean with. I read dozens and dozens of reviews on every conceivable type of hard surface floor cleaner. There seems to be 2 complaints about this mop...short charge time, and it didn't get the floor "hands and knees" clean. Well, if you are that anal that you still mop on your hands and knees, more power to you! I wanted something that would clean the floor after a new puppy accident, grandchildren spills and tracked-in mud on a day to day basis. And this mop works great! I can clean all my floors twice on one charge (which is about 1600 square feet, so not huge), and as far as the complaint about the water not staying real hot, news flash, if you use a antibiotical cleaner, you don't need hot water. I have not had any streaks, it picks up all the water and leaves the floor just damp. Apparently, some buyers expected it to leave the floor totally dry...and just how would that be managed? Built in hair dryer? And no, it is not a vacuum; you have to broom sweep first. But who doesn't sweep before they mop? For the money, I think it's a great answer to the problem. It is easy to fill, easy to empty, and easy to store. I would (and have) recommend it to family and friends. If I had any suggestion for improvement, it would be to lower the brushes about a 1/4 inch to get even better scrubbing action. 25 of 25 people found the following review helpful. Works great on flat surfaces, but does have some limitations By Melissa I bought this electric mop for a very specific purpose. I have a 3'x5' area of my kitchen that needs mopped everyday. It's where my cat's litter box and food is. Our cat eats an all raw diet, which means he usually gets raw meat on the floor where he's been tackling a chicken neck. Getting the mop out everyday is a pain. So, I went in search of a solution. What I really wanted was a machine that would vacuum the litter and mop that area. The only one I found that would do both was the Bissell Flip Eaze (http://www.amazon.com/Bissell-Flip-Eaze-Upright-Vacuum/dp/B000H6D2UW/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1221329733&sr=1-7). However, the reviews were very mixed and it used pads which I would need to keep ready. For those to reasons, I decided to pass. I also looked at Swiffers. I had a Swiffer wet mop back when they first came out. It most likely would have worked fine for this project, but it has an ongoing expense with the replacement pads costing about .30 a day. For my use, over the course of a year that's ~100.00. After a weekend of researching other machines, I decided to go with the Hoover. I have a full size Hoover carpet cleaner and am well satisfied with it. For what I bought this one for, I'm extremely happy with it. It easily handles the morning clean up of the kitchen (which is linoleum). I've used it to clean my whole kitchen (~200 sq. ft.) and it works very well. I've had good results using it on the tile in my utility room as well. However, it does not work well on the tile in my entry hall. The tile in my utility room is a 12 inch tile with a shallow, narrow grout. A little deeper than what you would have in most bathroom showers. The tile in my entry hall is 9", with beveled edges and a deep, wide grout. When using the electric mop it is just a little narrower than the tiles, which means the wheels run on the edge of it which makes it difficult to use. While the suction is great on the flatter surfaces, it's not strong enough to pull the water from the deeper grout. As far as battery life, it gets about 20 minutes of use. If my floor is pretty clean, I can do my entire kitchen on a single charge, but it does struggle towards the end and I have to work fast. My sister has a larger tiled area and used it on her floor for heavier cleaning. She said it did a pretty good job, but she did have to charge it

You can actually see a line or dot for almost all of the "fingers". Steer clear of these purple pads and use the white ones because they leave everything looking smooth and clean. I am not sure what the purple pads are good for because they don't work well on floors. Amazon has a great return policy so I will be sending these back. 16 of 16 people found the following review helpful. pretty much like the infomercial By bassmunkee I had a veeeeeery dirty stone tile floor. I am embarrassed to admit that I neglected it for several months even while our dogs came in and out, we walked on it all the time, dropped things on it, etc... we would just wipe up obvious spills and leave it at that. Now that my son is about to start crawling, I thought we'd better get in gear and get the floor properly clean. I ordered this mop based on the infomercial and the amazon reviews. Today I used it for the first time, and while there is still some staining of the grout, the floor is squeaky clean after just 2 passes with this mop. It's very lightweight, easy to push, and even though it doesn't leave the floor totally dry right away, one end of the kitchen was definitely dry by the time I had reached the other end. So it pretty much works as advertised, surprisingly enough :-) It's easy to assemble-- I didn't even look at the directions because it was so intuitive. Please do read the directions on the operation, though-- it's not hard at all, but it is good to learn that you should let the mop warm up for about a minute then pump the handle about a dozen times before beginning to mop. Once you're mopping, also be sure to move the mop back and forth frequently (like you would a vacuum cleaner) so that you keep on getting a good amount of steam coming out. The other benefit of moving it back and forth is the added scrubbing, so it's not like the effort (which is very little) is for nothing. The microfiber pad does in fact pick up and trap all the dirt. You have to vacuum first to pick up bits of grass or rocks or other pieces of things (you'd do this prepping for a regular mop anyway) but after that this mop just cuts through any and all residue and dirt that is built-up on the floor. It didn't push the dirt around-- it wiped it away. I'll be mopping much more often now that I've found a tool that works so well with so little effort! 7 of 7 people found the following review helpful. Wish it picked up more By GreenEyedLdy I am very glad to have them, because even though you get two sides of cleaning with each pad, you can never have enough when 70% of your house needs steam mopping! That said, with the designation of "duster", I would have assumed they picked up more dust than they did. They really should be called a scooter -- it smears dust around a bit rather than picks it up. See all 8 customer reviews...

However, the pole handle / has the option to increase or decrease, and mine was arrested. I almost sent them back, because when I pulled it seemed it would break. Ultimately, however. Be aware that he stay longer if you wish. I have the kitchen floor last night. I was not "surprised" by the amount of dirt down. Do not take years of mud and dirt, or the color of my floor or anything else! In fact, I probably again the cloth again before I wash. But the floor really clean feeling, so I'm happy with the results. E-no soap or chemicals! I'm interested to see how the steam works hand-in showers and angles and such. I chose this steamer over all others because it is to mop the floor, and both have the handheld options, so I hope I made the right decision! The overall "feel" the product is definitely reminiscent of infomercial quality .. it just does not feel like a bissel or second term would be. But I'm willing to give it 30 days to prove myself. I'll take you about this, which I've used it more! UPDATE: I found it on the weekend at medium-high to steam clean the glass shower door and frame of the house I just bought. I can not tell you how many years of mildew and mold and funk this thing blown up by the frame of this door! I have probably 2 hours cleaning the bathroom that day, because I could not believe how much of the things that were built there. So it's definitely deserves its place in our house for this reason. The clothes steamer attachment, which also seems to squeegee attachment, leak my arm while I try to work, which is quite annoying. And to the shower to work, I went through probably 15 paper towels (for icky for a regular towel) and a towel to wipe the wet Bottom line It's not the greatest product in the world, but I found some very the area of application of this. No other brand currently offers the hand steamer / MOP combo, and I think it's worth the money for both options and only a small product stored. Update # 2: There is no longer employed and are discarded with the trash this week. I had it for about a year and half. Do not waste money! I'm shopping a more reputable brand, and if I set a steamboat hand getting the joke, I think that is exactly what I should do! 54 of 54 people found this review helpful. Works Very Well, Once You Get The Hang of It By Marvin Cohn We were about ready to return ours until we figured out that the lower the steam setting (even lower than the instructions), the less water is left on the floor or item (when used on items other than the floor) and the Steamfast's cleaning ability is not lessened by the lower setting Also, if you are going to use it on both tile floors and wood floors in the same cleaning session and do not want to change pads, use it on the wood floors first at its lowest setting and then clean the tile second on medium. If you use the medium setting first, too much water will be left on whatever you use it afterward when you subsequently turn it down to low. Also, we have found that if you let the mop heat up on very low for a longer period of time, i.e., about a minute or so before using it, less water will be left on the floor. What would be great would be a setting that first heated up the mop with no steam. However, it works very well getting our floors "squeaky clean;" and the floors seem to stay clean much longer We are keeping it. Now...what's with this complaint about weak handles from some other reviewers! The handle is made from thick tubular aluminum and is screwed into a deep socket of reinforced ABS plastic. You'd have to drive over it with a Mack Truck even to bend it...and I'd be more concerned about damage to the truck. We have also.
Bissell Steam Mop Deluxe Hard Floor Cleaner, 31N1
Steam Mop deluxe hard floor cleaner. Featuring water purification system. Great for spotless cleaning.
Amazon Sales Rank: #34989 in Home Size: 6(d) by 11(w) by 45-1/4(h) Color: Blue Brand: Bissell Model: 31N1 Number of items: 1 Dimensions: 45.25" h x 11.00" w x 6.00" l, 11.60 pounds Lightweight steam mop for cleaning hard-floor surfaces Removable water tank; water-purification system; no chemicals required Ergonomic handle; steam-on-demand trigger; swivel head; hanging hook Includes carpet glide, 2 microfiber pads, and eucalyptus-mint fragrance water Measures approximately 6 by 11 by 45-1/5 inches
Ideal for the chemically sensitive or those with small children, the Bissell Steam Mop Deluxe deep-cleans hard-surface floors using the power of pure water alone. This Deluxe version of the popular Steam Mop also comes with Bissell's Carpet Glide attachment, which can be used to refresh your carpet and give it a deep cleaning. Heated and ready to use in 30 seconds, the remarkably quiet mechanism works something like an iron: steam is dispensed on demand, rather than continuously, by pressing the trigger while passing the mop over the floor. Hot steam easily removes hardened and sticky gunk, especially if the mop sits over the mess for a few seconds. (Leave it in place 15 seconds to actually sanitize the cleaning surface.) The machine steams for approximately 15 minutes before the tank needs to be refilled, but there's no lag once you refill it. The Steam Mop's low-profile 360-degree swiveling head accesses hard-to-reach nooks and crannies, like under kitchen cabinets, while its compact profile stores easily in small spaces. The removable water tank can be refilled with water any time during use and the Steam Mop's water purification system removes minerals and other impurities from tap water, preventing water deposits from damaging the unit (distilled or demineralized water can also used in place of tap water). Durable, reusable microfiber pads are safe on all sealed hard surfaces and clean up nicely in the washing machine, making them more than disposable options. Other features include a 20-inch cord length, 9-inch cleaning path, and storage hook on the handle. The unit weighs 9 pounds and is backed by a 1-year limited warranty. Assembly required.

Worth waiting for users DirecTv After hearing wonderful things about steam scope of my friends, I started doing research on them. I was eager to take my Swiffer, like a broom was better than nothing, but left my dark wood floors scratched and I felt as if I just push the dirt around my kitchen ceramic. I borrowed my neighbor's shark and having used it once knew I wanted a different cloth. I was excited to see this new model Bissell as I was reduced to a Bissell or Eureka Enviro Steam. [...] I decided on the Bissell. The Bissell 31N1 was easy to put together and includes a hook so you can hang the steam mop for storage. I used distilled water because it is supposed to prolong the life of the filter comes with. The bearings are substantial and easy to attach and stay in place while mopping. The unit took a little time to warm up, but has an indicator light that tells you when it is ready to use hot steam saw coming, it was great. The floor stayed wet for a long time after use, but like what happens when a mop the floor. I think it was trigger happy, so you probably do not press the steam button, the next time a lot and try to separate the water vapor around a little better. I dry hardwood after being used as a precautionary measure and it was fine. I was disappointed to see my wood floors were still scratching, but a neighbor told me that once all other floor cleaners come off the floor (after still use my steam mop), stretch marks go away. I hope so. A cleaning person using spray furniture polish hardwood (argh!) what could be a while. I still think the floors are wonderfully clean and mop is easy to turn around and use with a length of cable to be nice. I didn't have water leak on the floor like the other reviewer but perhaps that is because I removed the water tank immediately after use - not sure I think you would be happy with this mop. I clean up after a 2 and 4 year old so life is good now. 46 of 46 people found the following review helpful. CHEAP AND WORKS By NOELVM Well I bought one of these from ABCVACUUM in Austin Tx yesterday for 89.95. I got it today. I couldn't wait to try it out. Anything that looks this good on TV usually isn't. First some facts. I'm a guy and I'm 65 and a widower. It's me and the dogs and the linoleum floor in my kitchen is about 50+ years old and the old spoonge wet mop just wasn't cuttin it. Well, I put this thing together and plugged it in. It doesn't have an on/off switch. You wait for the red light to come on which doesn't take long and then pull the trigger and start mopping. The first thing I noticed was it was hard to push on the old floor, but since I lift weights I decided this was just a new form of exercise that I could get something out of besides muscle tone The next thing I noticed was the dirt came off the floor. It didn't take me very long and the kitchen was done and next time it should be even quicker since it's much cleaner now. If you are slight and weak you're not gonna like this on the kind of floor that I have because it's hard to push around. It may work easier on a wood floor. Second they give you enough liquid for two uses and then you need to get your own. I have really hard water so I'm skipping the tap water and going with distilled water from the start otherwise I think I would be buying a lot of filtration systems. I've got a closet full of Dust Devils and other stuff that doesn't work but this thing works good. Now if it will just last. This review is for the Model 31N1 series. 78 of 87 people found the following review helpful. Not bad -- more fun than a mop By K Fortier I just purchased the Bissell Steam Mop Deluxe today and couldn't wait to get home to try it out. I vacuumed first, then put it together (pretty easy!). I decided to try out the eucalyptus distilled water that.
