Works well By Robin McLeod I don't know what the other person is talking about but the brushes do move and this product does a great job of cleaning for a great price. Did the job By Randolph Palmer My wife bought this machine for my daughter's apartment except I'm the one that got to use it (lol). I've been using a Bissell Green Machine canister for eons and it cleaned ok. This new machine was an eye opener. It is not nearly as loud as the Green Machine and I really like the beater bar brushes. I just cleaned my daughter's carpet last month with the Green Machine but cleaned again yesterday because her elderly cat has been getting sick on the carpet. I just could not believe how dirty the water was that I was sending down the toilet. This new Bissell was working great. It only has a 1/2 gallon tank so I wouldn't recommend it for large jobs but an apartment is where it belongs. Great Little Cleaner for the price By Sam Gatlin I was amazed at how well this machine cleaned heavily soiled carpet in a high traffic area. You wouldn't want to try and clean a whole house with it but that's not what it's designed for anyway. By the way, the brushes on the one I bought do rotate. See all 6 customer reviews...
