It was exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't find anything else quite like it at this price point. It was purchased after a perfect storm; old dog - new carpeting - house-sitter. There were two urine spots that had been sitting for about one or two days. We tried to get them up by following the instructions given by the carpet installer. This helped a little but it wasn't until we used the MR-50 that they disappeared. This was almost a week later. A few weeks after that, Rocky had other 'accident'. This one didn't sit for long and the MR-50 easily took care of the stain. Set-up was a snap and its very easy to use. Cleaning the MR-50 was pretty simple.
