De Young The steamer mop is ok, but doesn't seem hot enough and resevior seems too small to complete a room. As for handheld steamer, the curved nozzle attachment is useless. Looses pressure and steam when it hits the curved part. It also doesn't seem hot enough. I can put my hand right in front of the nozzle. By Nancy Jb Anderson I purchased the Dirt Devil Mop and hand held steamer as a package. Not only were they less expensive than the Shark mop by itself, but they are much more user friendly. The Dirt Devil has an on/off switch, is easier to move around, and seems to hold more water. The hand held is good, but I'm not sure if I have the hang of it yet. I'd rather hold back judgement on that...All in all, I am much happier with this product than the Shark. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. TOTAL PIECE OF CRAP!! By lisam I was really excited to try a steam mop, but this thing sucks! I used it once and it was ok, but the second time I went to use it it didnt heat up and there was no steam so basically I have a really expensive mop...and that other little steamer that comes with it doesnt work either.
